Automatic component insertion
SMT technology: Inserting of all types of SMT components from size of 0201 onwards.
Through-hole technology (THT) technology: Insertion of axial and radial THT electronic components
Robotic insertion of non-standard components: With inserting of non-standard components with robotic arm we have achieved better quality in mass production with less faulty electronics. Mainly because avoiding manual contacts which leads to less chance of switching elements and damage from electrostatic discharge.
Manual fitting of PCB boards: Manual inserting of all kinds of non-standard electronic and mechanical components.
Soldering
lead-free solder technology
Wave soldering: soldering of single layer circuit boards with various components, SMT and THT. With the ERSA soldering line we guarantee high quality soldering according to RoHS directive. If the customer demands we can also use lead solder.
Re-flow soldering: for soldering single or multi-layer circuit boards with SMT components. The Samsung soldering line provides high quality soldering according to RoHS directive.
Manual soldering: soldering of non-standard components and multi layer circuit boards that contain THT components.
Encapsulating
In the production process we conduct encapsulation of electronic devices with different primers to protect them against the effects of vibration and atmospheric conditions.
Quality control
Automatic optical control - SAKI: Device is designed for automated visual inspection of printed circuit boards after the soldering process has been finished in the automatic soldering machine. The machine with the help of a camera and a computer program photographs the part of the circuit board where the elements are soldered and determines the possible faults. Based on the latest methods and algorithms we perform automatic optical quality inspection.
Electronic optical magnifier: Designed for detailed analysis of raw materials, finished products and for immediate detection of possible errors. With the high-quality camera we can detect even the smallest errors.
Automatic electrical control: For our needs and for the needs of our customers we perform electrical tests of various products.
