FAR-V20 High Power Uninterruptible Intrinsically Safe Power Supply
The FAR-V20 power supply has been designed for powering mining fieldbuses and critical data transmission and networking gear, where M1 category equipment is needed. Supporting up to 2 battery packs, this device is capable of supplying power for at least 4 hours* even in the presence of hazardous atmospheres. The combination of smart charging circuits, high efficiency internal regulators and high-performance lithium batteries assures reliable and durable operating along with the longer time. When the UPSU is located in hazardous areas it should be installed in an Exe (increased safety protection mode) enclosure.
The maintenance and status monitoring of the unit (including its batteries) can be easily performed using an Intrinsically Safe monitoring interface.
