Sensor measuring head S-JP/H is made up of aluminous housing, which is mounted on plastic housing. For detection is used semiconductor sensor which changes the electrical resistance depending on explosive gas concentration. Sensor S-JP/H is designed for use in domestic applications only.
Assembly of sensor
For correct setup of gas sensors, we need information about relative gas density according to air density. Sensor should be mounted near the source of the potential gas leak. Sensor S-JP/H is placed in height as regard to gas density:
LPG - liquid petrolium gas heavier than air, detector is placed approximately 20 cm above floor,
Natural gas - lighter than air, detector is placed under ceiling.
